Company name updated October 19, 2026: HireJarvis LLC is now Future Masters LLC, the same company.

Effective October 17, 2026 (updated October 27, 2026)

These Terms apply to futuremasters.io and other Future Masters websites, forms and student accounts (the "Services"), run by Future Masters LLC (formerly HireJarvis LLC), a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you enroll in the program, the Enrollment Agreement also applies, and it controls if anything conflicts.

1. Who can use the Services

• You must be at least 13 to use the Services.
• Students under 18 may use student accounts only after a parent or guardian enrolls them.
• Parents and adult applicants must be at least 18.

2. Your account

Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law
• harass anyone
• post private information about others
• upload anything you don't have the right to share
• try to break our security or get into other people's accounts
• scrape or copy our materials
• use the Services to mislead, scam or harm anyone

Students must also follow the Student Code of Conduct.

4. AI features

Some Services, including the student JARVIS assistant, use AI. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. Check it before you rely on it. JARVIS is not a person, a counselor or an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

5. Content

Your content. You own what you create and post. You give us a limited license to host, store and display it so we can run the Services. The Enrollment Agreement covers how we may show student projects.

Our content. Our curriculum, recordings, designs, software and brand belong to us. You may use them for personal learning only.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices, payment terms and refunds for the program are set out in the Enrollment Agreement and our Refund Policy.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from Future Masters, our SMS Privacy Policy explains what we send, how often, and how to stop. Reply STOP to stop all texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never required to apply or enroll.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. We do not promise any income, school admission or other result from using the Services.

10. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. That does not remove any consumer protection right you have where you live. Disputes are handled as described in the Enrollment Agreement. If you have not enrolled, disputes go to small claims court or a court in the county where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
