Effective October 17, 2026

We want every family to feel good about joining Future Masters. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Full refund through week 2

If you are not happy for any reason, email us before the end of the second week of classes (after class 4). We will refund 100% of your tuition. No forms and no hard questions.

Prorated after week 2

If you withdraw during weeks 3 or 4, we refund tuition for the live classes not yet held. For example, withdrawing after class 6 means a refund of 2/8 of tuition.

After Demo Day

Once Demo Day (class 8) has been held, tuition is not refundable. Your 12 weeks of support continue as promised.

Retake guarantee

If your student attends at least 6 of the 8 live classes, does the build work, and still has no project live at a real web address by Demo Day, they can join the next cohort free. (This is an alternative to a refund, not an addition to one.)

If we cancel

If we cancel the program or your seat, we refund 100% of your tuition. If we cancel mid-course, we refund tuition for the classes not yet held.

If a student is removed

If a student is removed for a serious conduct issue (see the Enrollment Agreement), we refund tuition for the live classes not yet held.

How to ask

Email jarvis@futuremasters.io from the email address you enrolled with, with "Refund" in the subject line. The date of your email counts. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please talk to us before filing a dispute with your bank. We answer within one business day, and this policy is faster than a chargeback.

Getting a refund never requires you to stay silent or remove a review. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law.
