Política de Privacidad

Effective date: October 17, 2026 (updated October 27, 2026)

This Privacy Policy explains how Future Masters LLC (formerly HireJarvis LLC), a Wyoming limited liability company ("Future Masters", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It covers our websites (including futuremasters.io), our application and booking forms, sales calls, the Future Masters program, the student JARVIS assistant, and our community spaces. Our text message program has its own SMS Privacy Policy.

The short version:

  • We do not sell anyone's personal information, and we never sell or share student information for advertising.
  • Our program is for students aged 13 to 18. We do not accept students under 13.
  • A parent or guardian enrolls, pays and consents for a student under 18.
  • Parents can see, correct or delete their family's information by emailing jarvis@futuremasters.io.

1. Who this policy covers

  • Visitors to our websites.
  • Parents and guardians who apply, book a call, enroll or pay.
  • Students aged 13 to 18 enrolled by a parent or guardian.
  • Adult applicants who apply for themselves, and job applicants.

2. What we collect

When you visit our websites: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, device and browser type, IP address and approximate location (city level), and the website or ad that sent you. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar tools (Section 4).

When you apply or book a call: name, email, phone number, city and state, whether you are a parent or a student, the student's age, and your answers to our application questions.

When you enroll and pay: the parent's name, email, phone and billing address, the student's name and age, and a record of the agreements you accepted (document version, time, and IP address). Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

When a student takes part in the program:

  • the projects, websites, apps and code the student builds
  • messages in class chats and in our community
  • conversations with the student's JARVIS assistant
  • class and call recordings (we always say when a session is recorded)
  • attendance and progress notes

On sales and intake calls: calls may be recorded and transcribed, with notice and consent at the start of the call.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government ID numbers or precise location.

3. How we use it

  • To answer questions, schedule calls and decide whether the program is a good fit.
  • To enroll students, take payment, issue receipts and process refunds.
  • To teach, mentor, review student work, run Demo Day and send progress updates to parents.
  • To run the student JARVIS assistant (Section 6).
  • To keep students safe, enforce our Code of Conduct, and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To improve our curriculum and our websites.
  • To market Future Masters to adults (parents and adult applicants) who visit our websites. We never target advertising at students.
  • To publish a student's name, image, voice or work, but only with a signed Participant Media Release.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

4. Cookies, pixels and analytics

Our public marketing pages use:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Analytics (Google), to measure our ads and count visits.
  • Vercel Analytics and our own first-party analytics, to understand how pages perform.

These tools may set cookies, and they allow Meta and Google to collect information about your visit and connect it with activity on other sites, to measure and improve ads. Under some state laws, this may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. It applies only to visitors of our public marketing pages.

What we do not do: we do not place advertising pixels on student accounts, the student JARVIS assistant, class spaces or any page built for enrolled students.

Your choices:

  • Opt out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. You can also email us to opt out.
  • Block cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
  • Meta and Google ad settings. You can change how they use your information in your Meta and Google account settings.

Our websites do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.

5. Children, teens and parental consent

No one under 13. Future Masters is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email jarvis@futuremasters.io.

Teens aged 13 to 17. A parent or legal guardian must enroll the student and accept our agreements. When a student first signs in, they also see a short, plain-language student privacy note.

  • We use a student's information only to run the program, keep it safe and meet the law.
  • If we ever want to use it for anything else, we will ask for clear permission first, from the student and, where required, from the parent.

We do not:

  • sell student information
  • use it for targeted advertising
  • build advertising profiles of students
  • allow it to be used to train third-party AI models

6. The student JARVIS assistant (AI)

Each enrolled student gets a JARVIS account, an AI assistant that helps them plan, build and publish projects. To work, JARVIS sends the student's messages and project files to the AI model providers we use. We choose providers and settings that do not allow student data to be used to train their models.

JARVIS is an AI, not a person, and it tells students so. AI output can be wrong, and students learn to check it.

Staff can review JARVIS conversations to keep students safe and to help them. If a student's message suggests a risk of harm to themselves or others, JARVIS shares crisis resources and alerts our staff, who may contact the parent.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run Future Masters, under terms that limit their use of the data to serving us. These include:
  • payments (Stripe)
  • website hosting and databases (Vercel, Supabase)
  • email and files (Google Workspace)
  • scheduling (Calendly)
  • video classes and recording (Zoom)
  • community chat (Discord)
  • text messages (Twilio for students), and customer records, email and text messages for parents (HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector)
  • e-signature
  • call transcription
  • AI model providers
  • With our staff, mentors and teachers, who need it to teach and support students. They are background checked and bound by confidentiality.
  • With advertising and analytics partners, only for visitors to our public marketing pages (Section 4).
  • Publicly, only as a signed Participant Media Release allows.
  • For legal and safety reasons: when required by law, to protect a student or anyone else, or to report suspected abuse.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale. This policy continues to apply.

8. How long we keep it

  • Website and ad data: up to 26 months.
  • Applications from families who do not enroll: up to 24 months.
  • Student program data (projects, chats, JARVIS conversations, recordings): for the program and 12 months after it ends, unless the family asks us to keep the student's account open longer or to delete it sooner.
  • Payment, tax and signed agreement records: for 7 years, as the law requires.
  • Media covered by a signed Participant Media Release: as that release allows.

The projects a student builds belong to the student. We help them export or keep their work before their account closes.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, separate data for each student, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Parents and guardians can ask us to:

  • show them the information we hold about their family
  • correct it
  • delete it (subject to records the law requires us to keep)
  • stop using it for any purpose beyond running the program

Students can also ask us to remove content they posted. Residents of California, New York, Connecticut, Colorado, Oregon, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws may have more rights: to know, access, correct, delete, get a copy of their data, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. We honor these rights for every family, wherever they live.

To make a request, email jarvis@futuremasters.io with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We verify requests before acting, respond within 45 days, and never treat anyone differently for using their rights. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is material, we will email enrolled families before it takes effect.
