Future Masters LLC (formerly HireJarvis LLC) ("Future Masters", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you take part in our text message (SMS) program, how we use and protect it, and your choices. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to this policy. Our full Privacy Policy covers everything else.
Appointment texts for parents
Program name: Future Masters.
What we send:
- Appointment texts: confirmations and reminders for calls you book with us, and messages about rescheduling. Usually 2 to 6 texts for each call you book.
- News and offers (only if you separately agreed): occasional updates about our programs and cohorts. Up to 4 texts a month.
How you opt in: on our application form at futuremasters.io/apply, by ticking one or both of these boxes. Neither box is ticked for you, and you do not have to tick either one to apply.
- “Recommended, so you don't miss the call: text me appointment confirmations and reminders from Future Masters at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Not required to apply.”
- “Text me occasional news and offers from Future Masters. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Not required to apply.”
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help. For support, email jarvis@futuremasters.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
1. Information we collect
- Phone number: the mobile number you give us when you opt in (by text, form or in person).
- Message history: the messages you send us, including replies such as STOP or HELP, and their timestamps.
- Program details: which campaign you joined, and any contact information you choose to give us (name, email, preferences).
- Carrier information: limited metadata from your mobile carrier, shared with our SMS provider when messages are sent or delivered.
We do not collect financial account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or precise location through our SMS program.
2. How we use it
- To send the messages you asked for when you opted in.
- To honor your requests, including STOP, HELP and other replies.
- To send information about programs, events and offers you showed interest in.
- To run, secure and improve our services, and to meet legal and carrier rules for business text messaging.
3. Legal basis
We process this information because you consented by opting in. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share information only:
- With SMS service providers (Twilio for student texts, and HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector, for parent appointment texts), and the carriers they use, which process your number and messages only to deliver them for us.
- As required by law, or to protect our rights or anyone's safety.
5. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Opting out does not affect anything you already bought.
- Ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing jarvis@futuremasters.io.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
6. Retention
We keep your number and message records while you are opted in, and afterward only as long as needed to honor your opt-out and meet record-keeping duties.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
8. Student SMS information and consent
We use recipient mobile numbers, student and parent contact details, messages and consent records to operate Future Masters Student SMS and support opt-in, parental approval and opt-out requests. Message frequency varies with classes and questions. Message and data rates may apply.
Students under 18 are texted only after they opt in on our student SMS form and a parent or legal guardian approves through a separate link we email to them. Adult students may consent for themselves. SMS is optional and is not required to take part in the course.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate and support our messaging service, not for their own marketing.
Access to student and parent records is limited to authorized personnel and necessary service providers. We keep consent and opt-out records while the student is in the program and delete them on request, except where we need to keep proof of consent or an opt-out. Contact jarvis@futuremasters.io about the program, to withdraw consent, or to ask us to delete information. We do not text children under 13.
9. California residents
California residents can ask us what personal information we collect, and ask us to delete or correct it, by emailing jarvis@futuremasters.io. We will not treat you differently for doing so.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
