Role
Future Masters is a live online program where teens aged 13 to 18 start real businesses with AI. Families pay $5,000 for the program, and our top students move up to a $30,000 yearly accelerator, launching next year. Our pilot cohort runs this month, the first paid cohort starts in November, and our goal is a $1B+ company within two years.
We're hiring an Operator to run delivery so the founders can focus on sales, teaching and product. You will own everything a family experiences after they pay: the cohort, the coaches, the course, homework and every parent conversation. You'll use our own AI agent, built by our co-founder Ryan James, to do work that would normally take a small team.
This is a hands-on role. On the same day you might handle a refund call, fix a broken booking link and rewrite a lesson.
Responsibilities
- Run each cohort end to end: onboarding, schedules, group calls, coach assignments and demo day.
- Check homework every week. Follow up with any student who missed it and copy their parent.
- Answer every parent message within one business day, including billing questions and refund requests.
- Own the path from webinar to booked call to payment to first login. Keep the CRM accurate.
- Hire, schedule and onboard coaches. Sit in on their calls and give written feedback.
- Run the 8-class live course: prep each class deck, the homework forms and the weekly parent updates.
- Fix the cause of every repeat problem, not just the instance. Write it as a checklist, then automate it with our AI agent.
- Send David a one-page update every Friday: what shipped, what's stuck, what you need from him.
Requirements
- 2+ years running delivery or operations at a coaching, course, education, agency or early-stage business.
- Experience with a high-ticket program: launches, cohorts, client success or fulfillment.
- You use AI tools daily and can show a workflow you built with them.
- You write short, clear emails to parents that need no editing.
- You make routine decisions yourself and bring the founders options, not open problems.
- Hands-on with some of: Stripe, Calendly, Discord or Skool, Notion or Airtable, a CRM.
- Full-time in a US time zone.
Results
You're doing this job well when:
- Every student's homework is checked weekly, and parents hear from us before they have to ask.
- No parent message waits more than one business day.
- Each cohort launches on the date we promised, with every student onboarded in week one.
- Refunds stay low, renewals go up and our best students move up to the accelerator.
- The founders spend their time on selling, teaching and product, not on chasing tasks.
- Anything done twice has a written checklist, and most of them run through our AI agent.

Growth
As we add cohorts and programs, this role can grow into running operations, leading the coaching team, running the accelerator or launching a new program, depending on where you're strongest.
